Since everybody's type differs, taking your own measurements will help you find the perfect size.
Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust, with the tape right across and your back, bringing it to the front. This is your bust measurement.
Wrap a measuring tape around your natural waistline, making sure to keep the tape parallel to the ground. This is your waist measurement.
HIPWrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips, making sure to keep the tape parallel to the ground. This is your hip measurement.
INSEAMSlip on your favorite pair of jeans that fit you best. Take your tape measure and carefully measure the length of from the crotch seam to the bottom of leg. This is your inseam measurement.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world for free. Some areas include: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Australia, Netherlands, Singapore, etc. Some countries take longer to ship to than others. How long will it take to get my order?
Our shipping to the USA generally takes 12-20 business days & International shipping takes 14-28 days.
Will this item get to me before _____?
If you plan to give one of our items as a gift, we do not recommend buying items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
What about possible custom fees?
Please note that for some countries you may be charged for handling fees and taxes on delivery. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. How do I return an item that was damaged during shipping?
If your item was damaged upon arrival, please contact us at email@example.com within two days of receiving the item. You must include photos of the damaged item(s) and original packaging.
My order has not arrived yet, why?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region. If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we can help reship your order or refund it!
