How do I return an item?
You have within 30 days to return your purchase for a refund; however, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging it was sent it. Please email us at email@example.com to request a refund and include photos of the unused item(s). We will notify you where to send your product.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an order over $75.00, we highly recommend you use a trackable shipping service, or purchase shipping insurance, because Girgbe is not responsible for lost packages.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of placing your order if you'd like to cancel your order. Please include the order number, exact name on the order, and the email associated with the order. It’s even more helpful if you contact us using the email address associated with the order. Please note: If your item has already been shipped out before 3 hours, we can not cancel your order.
How do I return an item that was damaged during shipping?
If your item was damaged upon arrival, please contact us at email@example.com within two days of receiving the item. You must include photos of the damaged item(s) and original packaging.
What do I do if my order was not received?
We will provide you a tracking number to help you monitor when your shipment will be delivered. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number indicates the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.
